Looking for a Cheap apartment or basement in Meadville, Pennsylvania For Sale

Hi we are looking for a cheap basement/share preferably with kitchen and bathroom. We both work full-time myself working for a major healthcare group as an IT(Network/Infrastructure/Security) consultant and she works full-time for a pharmacy. Both of us work weekdays during the day and are off usually on the weekends. We don't smoke or do any drugs and are quite, extremely friendly, social and easy to get along with. We are both in our 20's and I am happy to help out with small household / electric / mechanical / computer repairs if needed. Both are happy to do our share of household chores.
