We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable, creative advocates of the eBillingHub product and our clients. The Services Program Manager position will work within eBillingHub's Client Services Organization. This position will be responsible for one or more of the following service offerings:
: Customer Time and Billing System Transitions Program
: eBillingHub Certification Program
: eBilling On:site Process Reviews and Consulting Program
: eBillingHub On:site and Web:based Training ProgramAs the Services PM you may be required to travel from 10 to 50 of the time to support the required on:site client opportunities. When not at an on:site client engagement we do support remote working and would look to have you in the eBH Pittsburgh offices and at other Elite/Thomson Reuter office locations as needed (average 2 to 3 times per year).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
: Manage the eBillingHub Certification Learning Path and Program
: Assign certifications to clients completing the certification program.
: Travel to client sites as needed for training sessions as a professional subject matter expert and representative of the eBH product.
: Propose and manage updates and changes to the certification program.
: Supervise ongoing education sessions for the continuing certification of our members.
: Conduct certification related webinars.
: Manage Customer Time and Billing System Transitions
: Work alongside both internal and external project management teams to establish project plans, meet deadlines, optimize available resources and ensure overall project success.
: Gather customer information, research internal knowledgebase and documentation for known solutions, isolate causes and take restorative actions while minimizing disruption to the customer's business operation and document steps taken.
: Continue to adapt and streamline the overall transition process to reduce time to transition and post:transition issues.
: Manage On:site and Web:based Customer Product Training, Process Reviews
: Meet goals set forth each year for the number of onsite trainings to be conducted.
: Assist the Implementation Team as firms enter the post implementation period.
: Learn and keep up with all aspects of product releases in order to communicate changes effectively to clients.
: Maintain communication with customers, providing both follow:up emails and status updates.
: Analyze client needs, create a project plan and effectively deliver the information/plans to both clients and internal teams for ad:hoc consulting and project opportunities.
: Conduct onsite process review training of the customer's current ebilling workflow, providing the client with a professional written documentation of findings and recommended solutions.
: Promote the process review training and custom onsite eBillingHub training to the customer base by working with the marketing team, organizing and conducting webinars and through customer relations.Additional Responsibilities:
: Develop strategies for new service programs or program changes to optimize revenue opportunities and improve client satisfaction.
: Collaborate with the Client Services managers, Product Trainers and Marketing team to coordinate education webinars for existing customers.
: Work with the eBillingHub sales team to find and develop new opportunities.
: Respond to and communicate timely and effectively with customers; providing professional, courteous and knowledgeable service.
