Once certified and trained, may teach and train other marketers and be compensated for their expertise
REQUIREMENTS:

Buy & Hold
Foreclosure
Lease Options
QUALIFICATIONS:
-2+ years of sales preferred but will train the RIGHT person
-Creative marketing
-Excellent oral, written, and communication skills
-Organizational skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
-Professional Appearance and Attitude
-Strong work ethic
-Ability to make Decisions and take Action
